The video shows a metal fence railing with a large number of love locks attached to it, predominantly heart-shaped and in various states of rust and color. The railing is set against a backdrop of a body of water with gentle ripples. The locks are closely packed together on the top rail and more sparsely distributed on the lower rails. Most are painted, but some appear metallic. One lock is notably red and shaped like a heart with a hole. The posts of the railing are black and exhibit some rust. One padlock is still shiny and new.
