The video shows a narrow asphalt road winding through a residential area, bordered by trees and houses. The sky is partly cloudy. Palm trees and various bushes grow along the side of the road. Several houses are visible on either side, some with red-tiled roofs. Cars and motorcycles are parked along the road. As the camera moves, three dogs appear. One is a light tan color, and the other two are brown and white. The dogs stand in the middle of the road. The camera then pans to a partially constructed brick building with wooden supports. Piles of bricks and lumber are scattered around the building.
