A man in a beige jumpsuit, rubber gloves, and dark blue rubber boots is standing in dark, murky water inside a large, oval, partially underground conduit or vault. The vault walls are rusty metal. Other metal pipes and wires run along the inside wall of the vault, and there is a metal ladder. A man at the top of the open vault is taking a video, and speaks to the man in the vault, telling him to “smile.” The man in the vault laughs. The ground around the vault is covered with grass and some dead grass.
