This is an exterior, eye-level, medium shot of the side of a building in Siem Reap, Cambodia, under construction or renovation. The bas-relief includes various scenes: on the left, a prominent figure appears to be interacting with animals like a deer and a monkey; in the upper central section, figures are depicted in a more dynamic scene, possibly in water; and in the lower right section, two figures are engaged in what appears to be a combat scene, with what looks like Khmer script inscribed below them. The overall condition of the bas-relief suggests it is either a new installation or undergoing significant restoration.
