The video shows a stone monument at night. The monument has inscribed Russian text. In the center of the monument, there is a cross-shaped opening through which a body of water with reflections of lights can be seen. At the bottom of the monument, there is a wreath of white flowers and barbed wire. The video is shaky and appears to be handheld.
