The centerpiece of the fountain is a tall bronze sculpture of a woman with a flowing garment, her arm raised. A smaller figure, also bronze, is positioned beside her. The base of the fountain features numerous other bronze sculptures depicting various figures in historical or allegorical poses. The background includes a green, forested hillside and a partially cloudy sky. A few people can be seen walking around the perimeter of the fountain.
