The video shows a dense crowd of people, apparently law enforcement, blocking a street in a city. The individuals are wearing dark uniforms and standing shoulder to shoulder. Behind them, more people are gathered, possibly protestors. The street is lined with tall buildings of varying architectural styles, and numerous electrical wires crisscross overhead. There are storefronts along the sides of the street. At the beginning of the video there is a loud bang, possibly the sound of an explosion. Civilians walk past the police line, appearing to be bystanders navigating the situation.
