This close-up image, captured in Jos, Nigeria, presents a detailed view of a planter or garden bed surface. The majority of the frame is occupied by a dense arrangement of numerous, irregularly shaped, off-white to light gray crushed stones or pebbles, ranging in size from approximately 2 cm to 8 cm. Some stones exhibit localized brown or tan discoloration and darker speckles. Emerging vertically from the center-right of this rock bed is a slender, textured brown tree trunk, approximately 5 cm in diameter, with visible root structures at its base intertwined with the stones. In the upper left quadrant, a small, globular green cactus, approximately 10 cm tall, is observed lying on its side, its soil root ball exposed. Adjacent to the cactus is a curved, broken fragment of a white, possibly plastic or ceramic, material, approximately 15 cm long, resembling a piece of pipe or a planter rim. Scattered amongst the rocks are small pieces of organic debris, including dried leaves. The lower quarter of the image reveals the top surface of a dark, weathered, and textured horizontal border, consistent with the edge of a planter box or raised bed, showing minor scuff marks and a thin, dried twig resting upon it. No individuals are present in the scene.
