The image depicts a section of the Kremlin Wall Necropolis in Moscow, Russia. A large, red brick wall with white mortar joints extends diagonally upwards from left to right, dominating the upper two-thirds of the frame. Five rectangular, dark metal plaques are affixed to the wall at a uniform height in the lower-middle section. From left to right, the plaques display:
1. Text in Russian, including "В.В. ВЛАДИМИРОВ" (V.V. Vladimirov) and "МАРКС КОНСТАНТИНОВИЧ ВЛАДИМИРОВ" (Marx Konstantinovich Vladimirov), with the date "20 марта 1925" (March 20, 1925).
2. "CHARLES EMIL RUTHENBERG" and "КАРЛ ЭМИЛЬ РУТЕНБЕРГ" (Karl Emil Ruthenberg), with dates "1882 – 1927".
3. "ARTHUR MAX WAUNUS" (Arthur M. Maunus is also partially legible) with dates "1895 – 1927".
4. "EME LANDLER" (Emi Landler is also partially legible) with dates "1875 – 1928".
5. Text in Russian, including "ВИКТОР ЗАПОЛ" (Viktor Zapol), with dates "1888 – 1928".

Below the brick wall, a horizontal band of light blue or white paint marks the base. On the ground directly in front of the wall and base, a narrow strip of brick paving is visible. Four square, dark gray, granite or concrete planters, each topped with a metal grate, are evenly spaced along this paved strip. Each planter contains a small bundle of artificial flowers, primarily pink and white. To the left of the planters, a patch of melting snow is present on the ground, transitioning into dry, sparse grass further to the right. No people or animals are visible in the scene. The lighting suggests an outdoor environment, possibly under natural light conditions.
