The image shows a low-angle, wide shot of the exterior of a red, neoclassical building with white columns, under a clear blue sky. The building features a pediment with decorative molding and a series of tall, fluted columns supporting a balcony. Arched niches are visible between some of the columns, containing statues of men. The windows on the upper level are barred, and the doors on the lower level are made of weathered red wood and appear damaged, with some windows broken. Graffiti is visible on the lower part of the building and on some of the columns. The grounds in front of the building are unkempt, with some debris and overgrown vegetation. This building is identified as the former Palace of Culture of the Altai Chemical Combine in Biysk, Russia, which is now abandoned and in a state of disrepair.
