This is a low-angle, upward-looking video of a tall, modern minaret against a blue sky with scattered clouds. The minaret is constructed from light-colored, veined stone. It has a complex, multi-tiered design. The base is a tall, octagonal shaft. Above this, there is a section that flares outwards with angular projections, each featuring small, arched openings. Higher still, the minaret narrows and features a rectangular section with three dark, vertical panels. The uppermost part of the minaret is a square cap with a slightly overhanging roof.
