The edifice, light-colored and likely residential or mixed-use, exhibits extensive structural compromise, particularly on its upper floors and eastern (right) side, where large sections of the facade, walls, and internal structures are missing, exposing rooms and rebar. Distinctive arched decorative elements on the facade are also partially destroyed. Numerous windows are shattered or covered with fabric remnants, such as a blue sheet on the third floor and dark fabric on the fourth floor. Clothes are visibly hanging from several damaged balconies. At ground level, the building features a series of arches forming a covered area, beneath which a dark sedan is partially parked on the western (left) side. A mural with red and black graphics is present on a lower eastern wall. Debris is scattered at the base of the structure and on the adjacent paved street. Shadows from the building and an unseen object are cast across the street and lower facade, indicating bright daylight. In the far eastern background, a white building with a prominent dome, possibly a mosque, is visible, alongside several white tent-like structures. Approximately three individuals are faintly discernible near these background structures, appearing to be standing or moving amidst scattered debris.
